  • Das chromfreie Rindsleder ist glatt und leicht. Es stammt von nachhaltig wirtschaftenden Farmen im Süden Brasiliens (Rio Grande do Sul) und wird durch ein innovatives Gerbverfahren bearbeitet, bei dem keine Chrom-, Schwermetalle oder gefährliche Säuren eingesetzt werden. Durch die Vereinfachung des Gerbprozesses werden der Chemikalien- und Energieverbrauch minimiert, der Wasserverbrauch um etwa 40% und der Salzverbrauch um 80% reduziert. Nach dem Gerben ist das Wasser recyclebar.
